Staff was amazing! Their patience with my visiting grandchildren was so appreciated. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in making this visit so enjoyable. The night chief cook and bottle washer was on her own and did a fantastic job!

our room didnt have a view. There was an ac unit or something like that obstructing our view. They did not have a breakfast for free. but the restaurant however limited was ok. but costly.

Really disappointed in our room the heater/air doesn’t work. The live television kept loosing signal. The swimming pool is filthy and smells horrid. I never felt like taking a shower so bad after a swim because the stench of the water was unbearable. Won’t be back to this location! Please remodel and clean your pool! So disgusting!

Pretty sad to see they supposedly discontinued the shuttle service unless your there for business. Some of us here for business also want to eat at restaurants while staying and need a ride to do so. I did call for a shuttle at 2pm to return from business to the hotel and was told there is no driver. Frustrating to have a ride in the morning and nothing reliable to be able to return.
